These Terms of Use govern your use of the PULSE application, operated by RATTO Michael, an individual entrepreneur registered in France.

PULSE is available on the Apple App Store and Google Play Store.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, and using the PULSE application, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use the application.

3. Service Description

PULSE is an application that:

• Collects and curates global events and world news
• Analyzes your personal impact on these events using artificial intelligence
• Calculates your daily PULSE score based on your profile and current events
• Allows you to build and share a friend circle to compare impacts
• Tracks streaks, badges, and personal milestones

4. Account Creation & Responsibility

To use PULSE, you must create an account via:

• Apple Sign In (iOS)
• Email & Password (all platforms)
• Google Sign In (Android)

You are fully responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized access or breach of security.

5. Free and Premium Tiers

Free Tier

• Access to 3 impacts per day
• Basic PULSE score calculation
• Limited AI analysis
• Friend circle with up to 10 connections
• Basic badges and streak tracking

Premium Tier

• Unlimited impacts per day
• Advanced AI analysis and insights
• Expanded friend circle (unlimited connections)
• Exclusive badges and features
• Priority support

Subscriptions & Free Trial

• Premium is available by subscription via the Apple App Store
• New users receive a 14-day free trial of premium
• Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled within the App Store settings before the renewal date
• Pricing and currency depend on your region and Apple's settings
• Cancellation instructions: Settings App > [Your Name] > Subscriptions > PULSE > Cancel Subscription

6. AI Disclaimer

PULSE uses artificial intelligence (Claude AI by Anthropic) to analyze the impact of global events on your personal situation. These analyses are informational and educational in nature only. They are NOT professional advice.

PULSE is NOT a substitute for:

• Professional financial advice
• Medical or health advice
• Legal counsel
• Mental health or psychological treatment

Always consult qualified professionals for important decisions in these domains.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, design, code, and materials in the PULSE application are the intellectual property of RATTO Michael. This includes:

• The PULSE logo and branding
• App interface and design
• Algorithms and scoring systems
• News curations and content

You may not reproduce, copy, distribute, or transmit any of this content without explicit written permission.

8. User Obligations & Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Engage in fraud, deception, or misrepresentation
• Abuse the service or harass other users
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code
• Create multiple accounts to circumvent limitations
• Use the app for automated scraping or data harvesting
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to servers or databases
• Post offensive, illegal, or defamatory content
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• PULSE is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind
• We are not liable for loss of data, interruptions in service, or indirect damages
• Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for premium (if any)
• We are not responsible for third-party services or content

10. Termination of Account

User Termination

You may delete your account anytime within the PULSE application:

• Open Settings in PULSE
• Tap "Delete Account"
• Confirm the action
• Your data will be deleted within 30 days

Our Right to Terminate

We may suspend or terminate your account immediately if you:

• Violate these Terms of Use
• Engage in fraudulent or illegal activity
• Abuse other users or the service

11. Applicable Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms of Use are governed by the laws of France. Any disputes shall be resolved in the competent courts of France.
